| The standard in “Green Building Design” is “ Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). LEED is the current race that most clients are attempting to understand, the knowledge of what higher energy costs will do to and for their bottom line ROI. The fact is, energy will not become more inexpensive and will only play the accelerated role of the unknown odds to the consumer. Business, either in commercial settings, manufacturing, processing right down to the daily commutes of millions of people daily will be radically effected in the near future by the lessening of availability and escalating energy costs sold to the highest bidders. |
